2024 County Constitutional Officers

Florida is a closed primary election state. Only voters who are registered members of political parties may vote for respective party candidates or nominees for office in a primary election. A person can register with a party or change their party affiliation at any time. Still, to vote for a party candidate in an upcoming primary election, the person must register with that party or change parties by July 23, 2024, for that primary election. See section 97.055, Fla. Stat.

Candidates who have officially filed with the Monroe County, Florida, Supervisor of Elections are listed below. Incumbents have been included. If they have not officially filed, they have been noted as undeclared.
