Yvette Mira-Talbott brings business and personal experience, along with a lifetime of service to her candidacy for Monroe County School Board 2.
Yvette has been a leader in her community for many years serving organizations that benefit the youth of this district. She has been a mentor for Take Stock in Children, served on the Education Committee for the Chamber of Commerce and a Foundation Board member for the College of the Florida Keys. Yvette currently serves as the President of the Rotary Club of KW, BPW Upper Keys, Marathon & Key West Chamber of Commerce and Board of Director of Wesley House Family Services since the 90’s.
Yvette has always had a passion and commitment for education and the children of this community.
Yvette is married to Kevin Talbott and has three daughters and 5 grandchildren. Yvette and her family all attended MCSD and graduated from Florida State University
