Monroe County resident since 1999; from NC; Eagle Scout; Honorable Discharge USAR; Graduate Chemist from NCSU and MBA from UNC.

40+ years’ experience in the private sector chemical industry, 27 of these with BFI, a global chemical producer and marketer, retiring as corporate president and shareholder in 2008.

Past Community Service:  USCG Aux, HAZWOPER instructor; Sanctuary Advisory Council; Key West Military Affairs Committee. (past president), Monroe County Marine and Port Advisory Council; and Key West Chamber of Commerce.

Fiscally conservative Republican and Registered Parliamentarian (ret).
