EXPERIENCE: I have spent my adult life in court and have been a Trial lawyer for over 35 years. I have tried well over 50 felony trials, and a numerous diversity of trials. County Court Judge is not a THEORETICAL position. It is a hands on job that requires an experienced trial lawyer.
This experience informs the other KEYS VALUES, which are imperative for a judge.
ACCOUNTABILITY: All Parties must be held accountable for their actions, in a fair, unbiased manner. Through experience and with a sense of EQUALITY.
EQUALITY: All parties treated with equal justice under law. Too often we fail. A judge must be dedicated to this principle in order to render justice.
