KEY WEST CITY COMMISSIONER races are non-partisan elections.
The City of Key West is a “single district" electorate. Candidates must live within the district for which they are running and are elected by the registered voters of that same district. These are not considered citywide races.
City Commission District 1 seat has been won by incumbent Jimmy Weekley.
All other commission seats are contested and will be on the August 18, 2020 Ballot. A single candidate must win by 50% + 1 vote or the top two vote winners will be in a runoff on the November 7, 2020 General Election ballot.
